Join us for this rare opportunity to visit six beautiful homes throughout Framingham and enjoy delicious treats at our surprise refreshment stop. We’ll be featuring three antique homes built by founding families - the Hemenways, the Wheelers and the Belknaps - a remodeled homestead, a former gentleman’s farm/estate, and a contemporary farmhouse. Come for the remarkable history, the chance to inspire your own decorating, or the fun of seeing old friends along the tour. FHC members enjoy a $5 discount.

The award-winning Rivers School Big Band and the Rivers Honors Big Band will both perform, followed by a set by the Quartet. When they last performed here, the Big Band was opening, but they wowed the audience such that their band leader, Philippe Crettien, decided to give them top billing! How often do you get to hear a genuine 40s style Big Band?! Be ready to smile from beginning to end with the joy of so much power!
Philippe Crettien Quartet features Philippe Crettien tenor saxophone, Patrick Mottaz, guitar, Sean Farias, bass, Mike Connors drums.
Crettien has recorded three CD’s as a leader and was artistic director of the Toulon International jazz festival and director of the Toulon Jazz festival workshops 1991-2000. Currently, jazz band director at The Rivers School in Weston MA, and Jazz chair at The Rivers School Conservatory.
