  1. Move with More Ease & Less Pain

    Improve your balance and flexibility and reduce pain through Feldenkrais lessons. Through these lessons, you will revisit the way that you learned to move as a young child through gentle movements and guided awareness that helps to awaken your brain to new possibilities. ? This class will allow you to slow down and get in touch with your own movement and thinking patterns. This promotes healing, a sense of calm, a path towards greater self-understanding, and transformation. All ages and abilities welcome. ? Located in Edwards Hall. Cost: $15 Preregistration appreciated but not required. ? Mara Yale is a movement and nervous system educator. She is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, trained in Hand-in-Hand Parenting, and currently studying Somatic Experiencing.

    Stop by every Wednesday for stories, songs, and puppets at the Framingham Public Library weekly story-time! Parents and child can both enjoy a variety of picture books, classic nursery rhymes and meeting new people! For Ages 0-3 years old. No registration required.

  3. Multicultural Festival at Fuller Milddle School

    January 30, 2019, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Fuller Middle School

    The event is hosted by the 7th grade students, but students from other grades have chosen to participate as well! Manisha Trivedi from Hennacafe will be at the event, and live music will be provided by Eric German & Orchestra. Multiple local restaurants will be donating food for all to eat! Students are preparing to share ethnic food, a music or dance performance, country display, and some might even wear traditional or ethnic garments! Join us as we travel the world, and experience the cultures and traditions of our Fuller Community. Enjoy food from local restaurants and live entertainment! Fuller’s Multicultural Festival is a celebration of the wide range of cultures, ethnicities, and countries that our students, families, and faculty represent.
